RainPoint Rain Sensor
Ensure smart and cost-effective garden irrigation with the RainPoint ICS044L wired rain sensor. The device automatically stops watering when it detects rainfall and resets itself once the rain stops, thanks to its hygroscopic discs. Adjustable rainfall sensitivity (3 mm / 6 mm / 13 mm / 19 mm) allows you to precisely tailor the system’s operation to weather conditions, and the 5-meter cable ensures convenient installation in the optimal location.
Automatic Watering Control
The sensor effectively eliminates the problem of unnecessary watering during rain. As soon as it detects rainfall, it immediately stops the irrigation system, which helps reduce water consumption and protect plants from overwatering. Once the discs dry, the device automatically restores normal operation—without requiring user intervention.
Adjustable sensitivity and adaptation to conditions
The ability to set the rainfall sensitivity level gives you full control over the sensor’s operation. Depending on your needs, you can decide at what rainfall level the system should shut off. Additionally, the ventilation adjustment ring allows you to control the drying time of the discs, which translates to a faster or slower return to watering.
Simple installation and wide compatibility
The RainPoint ICS044L can be easily connected directly to an irrigation controller. The device works with popular SEN or COM inputs used in most controllers. Installation is intuitive, and the included mount allows for convenient placement of the sensor in the right location, ensuring its effective operation.
